● I'm a student/alumni. How do I create an account?

You should have received an email to activate your profile. Check your spam or junk folder; If you haven't received anything, please click here to create your profile now

● I forgot my password. How can I retrieve it?

Visit our password recovery form here

● How can I update my profile information?

Update your contact info here. Once you are logged in, click on Manage listing > Contact Details

● Will my contact details only be visible to the CIL' Community platform?

You can choose one of the two privacy settings:

- Have your personal information visible only by the CIL Community members
- Have your profile set to public, to allow the most visibility and recruitment opportunities
